A number of spiritual traditions around the world in different ways seem to state the same message: We are all One. There is just one Consciousness. There is nothing but the One.

Many of us have had glimpses of this Reality of Oneness, often experiencing a sense of blissful joy, deep peace, and overwhelming love in discovering this Truth. Some, not satisfied with occasional experiences with it, have gone in search of something that will help them awaken to it on a more permanent basis. 

 
 

Vidya Frazier, transpersonal psychotherapist, author, and workshop leader for 35 years, is one of thousands around the world who has attended a 21-day course at the Oneness University in India and has discovered a way in which to profoundly support people in awakening into the Reality of Oneness: by giving what is known as the Oneness Blessing, also known as deeksha.

What is the Oneness Blessing?

This Blessing is a transfer of a specific type of energy from one person to another, that emanates from the founders of the Oneness University, Amma and Bhagavan.  It is designed specifically to promote spiritual evolution and deepen awakening.  Although people experience it in different ways, they often report an expansive opening of the Heart and a shift in perception, in which they realize the sense of separation is an illusion.  They experience a feeling of deep calm and joy as they begin to move into the awareness of the Oneness that exists at the core of all existence.

 Over time, people also begin noting that healing on many levels is occurring in their lives. They are experiencing greater balance, harmony and fulfilment in their relationships, their financial situations, their health, and their work situations.

 Thousands of people from countries all over the world have now been to the Oneness University and have been initiated as Oneness Blessing Facilitators.   It is a movement that appears to be catching like wildfire and is transforming millions of people’s lives.
